RCW ch. 46.21 — Revised Code of Washington Chapter 46.21 RCW — Driver License Compact

RCW 46.21.010 Compact enacted—Provisions. The driver license compact prepared pursuant to resolutions of the western governors' conference and the western interstate committee on highway policy problems of the council of state governments is hereby entered into and enacted into law, the terms and provisions of which shall be as follows: DRIVER LICENSE COMPACT ARTICLE I— RCW 46.21.020 "Licensing authority" defined—Duty to furnish information. As used in the compact, the term "licensing authority" with reference to this state, shall mean the department of licensing. Said department shall furnish to the appropriate authorities of any other party state any information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of Articles III, IV, and V of the compact. [ 1979 c 158 s 154; 1967 c 32 s 36; 1963 c 120 s 2.] RCW 46.21.030 Expenses of compact administrator. The compact administrator provided for in Article VII of the compact shall not be entitled to any additional compensation on account of his or her service as such administrator, but shall be entitled to expenses incurred in connection with his or her duties and responsibilities as such administrator, in the same manner as for expenses incurred in connection with any other duties or responsibilities of his or her office or employment.
