1 CFR § 426.201 — § 426.201 General.

§ 426.201 General. This subpart contains the regulations of the National Commission on Military, National, and Public Service (the “Commission”) implementing the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. 552 , as amended. These regulations set forth procedures for requesting access to records maintained by the Commission. These regulations should be read together with the text of the FOIA, and the Uniform Freedom of Information Fee Schedule and Guidelines published by the Office of Management and Budget (“OMB Guidelines”).
