Het Besluit ondertoezichtstelling overige kapitaalmarktinstellingen is niet van toepassing op:
de Nederlandsche Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V.;
de Nederlandsche Investeringsbank voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V.;
de Financieringsmaatschappij Industrieel Garantiefonds Amsterdam N.V.;
de Financieringsmaatschappij Industrieel Garantiefonds 's-Gravenhage N.V.;
de N.V. Noordelijke Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij;
de N.V. Industriebank LIOF (Limburgs Instituut voor Ontwikkeling en Financiering);
de Overijsselse Ontwikkelings Maatschappij N.V.
Deze beschikking treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van de Nederlandsche Staatscourant, waarin zij wordt geplaatst, en werkt terug tot 1 juni 1981.
