Cesser of holiday for general election. 1. —The Constitution shall be and is hereby amended by the deletion from Article 28 thereof of the words “and shall be proclaimed a public holiday.” Short title. 2. —This Act may be cited as the Constitution (Amendment No. 3) Act 1927.
