The use must be on, or in physical or other relation to, the goods or services, for example: Use on the goods themselves Use on swing tags or labels Use on invoices, receipts etc provided in the course of trading the goods or services Use in advertising material Use on other printed or electronic material offering the goods or services for sale Use on shop fronts, websites and physical displays where goods or services are offered for sale
