Trade Marks Act 1995
Trade Mark Regulations 1995
There are a number of circumstances where a registered owner might want to cancel the registration. The owner may cancel:
where the trade mark has been cited against an application for registration of another trade mark;
if the owner no longer has an interest in the trade mark; or
to avoid the expense of a non-use or rectification action.
