The Register can also be amended to:
correct clerical errors and obvious mistakes (regs 9.05 (1) and (2)(a))
change a name or address (reg 9.05(2)(b))
change the ownership (s 114 and reg 9.03 )
add another designer
indicate that the registration of a design has been revoked (s 115 )
rectify an error ( court order (s 120 )).
