IPA design excluded-designs-amendments — IP Australia Designs Examiners' Manual – 11.4. Excluded designs: Amendments

To retain the priority date of the initial application, designs disclosed in the excluded design application, at the time of filing, need to be identical to what was previously filed. The usual rules for amendment apply after an excluded design application is filed.
